Share photos and videos with one link

The printer needs the original. The journalist wants three press photos. Your colleague is after that one video. With rokiroki, you can share an image, folder or collection straight from your online image library. Your recipient opens the link and downloads what they need, without an account.Everyone can get on with their day. Lovely.

Pick your images. Copy the link.

Select what you want to share and create a link. Paste it into an email or message. Your recipient can open it without registering or installing anything.

Sending a whole photo shoot? Share the collection. Recipients can download individual images or the complete collection as a single ZIP file. Handy for the colleague who always asks, “Have you got the others, too?”

Choose the right download quality

A photo for a website has different requirements from one for print. For each sharing link, you decide whether recipients can download the original files.

  • Originals available: recipients can download files in their original quality.
  • Originals restricted: recipients get a version sized for the web.

The original file in your image library stays unchanged.

Your collection, wearing your colours

The link opens a page with your organisation’s logo and brand colour. Add a message to explain what the selection is for, credit the photographer or include agreed terms of use.

Your recipient gets the images and the context that goes with them.

Keep track of every sharing link

See which links are active and how often they have been used, all in one overview. Give a link an expiry date or keep it open for as long as you need it.

Each link works independently. Closing yours leaves other links to the same collection working. Useful when several people are sharing images with different recipients.

Questions about sharing

Can someone forward a sharing link?

Yes. Anyone with the link can open the shared images while it is active. Send it to the intended recipients and set an expiry date where appropriate.

What happens when I close a link?

The shared page can no longer be accessed through that link. Files a recipient has already downloaded remain with them.

How do colleagues share images internally?

Colleagues with an account use the image library itself. Roles control what they can see and do. Find out about access and roles in rokiroki.
