Search for what you remember

AI creates descriptions in English and Dutch when you upload images. These help you search, even when nobody has added keywords by hand. Your own titles and notes stay in place.
A link for whoever needs your images
Share an image, folder or collection with a colleague, journalist or printer. Your recipient opens a page with your logo and colour, without needing an account.
For each link, you decide whether original files can be downloaded. The sharing overview shows which links are active and lets you close them.
Keep the details with the image
Record the photographer and the usage rights you have agreed. Colleagues can find that information alongside the file, even years later.
Assign administrator, editor and member roles to manage access across your team. Want someone to check new images first? Have an administrator approve them before they become visible to the rest of your organisation.
Your originals stay original
- Photos: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF and TIFF.
- Videos: MP4, WebM and MOV, with playback and scrubbing in the image library.
- File size: up to 1 GB per file.
- Downloads: choose a 1024 px web version, a larger version up to 2048 px or the original. The original file stays unchanged.
- Bin: deleted images can be recovered for 90 days. Even a good clear-out can get carried away.
Storage, backups and AI
Your images are stored in Europe, with the database in Frankfurt. Nightly backups cover your data and original files. Data traffic is encrypted, and each organisation has its own separate environment.
Automatic image descriptions use Google Gemini, which involves processing images outside the EU. You can have this feature switched off for your whole organisation. Read the privacy statement, in Dutch.
